Hi friend! We're the Johnson's. For the past 15 years we've lived life on a diamond.
From college ball to pro ball. To opening an academy and working with teams in travel ball. To getting involved in our local rec park - coaching our kids and leading the league as commissioner. To finding ourselves back in college as a D2 pitching coach. We've seen it all. We've done it all. And now we're talking about it!
Our hope is to create a community that can relate to the different situations that are shared from others who follow. Maybe it helps you see your situation isn't as bad as it could be or find comfort in knowing others are struggling in the same areas you are.

A Dad's Dilemma
A dad of a 13U player writes in for advice on his player's upcoming season. Their district allows players to play up if they pass an athletic placement test. The current grade level isn't challenging, but the placement test isn't easy either. Should they play another year of school ball? Take a break?
